| 轉知教育部辦理「113年教育部生命教育特色學校及績優人員」評選及表揚事宜，請於113年4月30日(星期二)前，檢送初選薦送資料函報本局，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部112年11月29日臺教學(一)字第1122806035A號書函暨本局112年12月8日桃教學字第1120120847號函(諒達)。 |
| 二、 | 有關113年適用之「教育部生命教育特色學校及績優人員遴選表揚實施計畫」增修重點如下： |
| (一) | 目的：明列表揚對象含括幼兒園。 |
| (二) | 表揚對象： |
| １、 | 特色學校獎：明列各級學校(含幼兒園)。 |
| ２、 | 績優人員獎：明列從事校內生命教育工作或教學。 |
| ３、 | 特殊貢獻人員獎：明列推展生命教育工作之各級學校校長及人員。 |
| ４、 | 新增「終身奉獻人員獎」，以表揚長期致力生命教育且對生命教育工作影響深遠、且具重大貢獻者。 |
| (三) | 獎勵名額：明確各類名額表揚數。 |
| (四) | 初選：增列教育部生命教育支持系統之推薦機制；初審單位之評選重點；增列教師法第30條，有關尚在調查之文字。 |
| (五) | 評選基準： |
| １、 | 因「特色學校獎」、「績優人員獎」刪除校園事件處理情形配分(5%)，爰修正「資源運用」配分由10%調整為15%。 |
| ２、 | 增列「終身奉獻人員獎」評選基準。 |
| (六) | 獎勵及表揚方式：新增「特殊貢獻人員」及「終身奉獻人員」敘獎額度。 |
| (七) | 附則：增列推薦單位評選不實之規範。 |
| 三、 | 檢送「教育部生命教育特色學校及績優人員遴選表揚實施計畫」(附件1)，如貴單位擬推薦「特色學校」、「績優人員」、「特殊貢獻人員」、「終身奉獻人員、」，請依「填寫說明」(附件2)填妥相關薦送表件，於113年4月30日(星期二)前送交本局，逾期不予受理；相關資料不予退還。 |
| 四、 | 請貴校審慎查核受推薦人員不得曾有違反教師法，尚在調查、或經議決解聘、不續聘、停聘或資遣之情形。 |
| 五、 | 相關表件格式電子檔案請逕至教育部學生事務及特殊教育司網站「重要業務專區/業務資料下載/素養教育專區/生命教育」下載使用(網址：https://reurl.cc/RvYj5e)，標題「113年教育部生命教育特色學校及績優人員評選薦送表件」。 |
