| 一、 | 依據教育部體育署113年6月5日臺教體署學(二)字第1130022791號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為落實適應體育永續推動及在地深根，並加強相關人員對於適應體育最新法規、概念與知識的理解，教育部體育署特委請國立臺灣師範大學辦理旨揭工作坊。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭工作坊重要資訊摘要如下，詳見附件簡章： |
| (一) | 參與對象：承辦「適應體育相關業務」之相關人員、主管，或健體領域輔導團、特教輔導團成員皆可報名參加。 |
| (二) | 各場次時間及地點： |
| １、 | 北區場次： |
| (１) | 時間：113年6月21日上午9時至下午12時30分。 |
| (２) | 地點：國立臺灣師範大學特殊教育中心博愛樓3樓317教室。 |
| ２、 | 中區場次： |
| (１) | 時間：113年7月2日下午2時至5時30分。 |
| (２) | 地點：國立臺中教育大學(教室後續通知)。 |
| ３、 | 南區場次： |
| (１) | 時間：113年7月3日上午9時至下午12時30分。 |
| (２) | 地點：國立高雄師範大學綜合大樓4樓4417教室。 |
| ４、 | 東區場次： |
| (１) | 時間：113年7月5日下午1時30分至5時。 |
| (２) | 地點：臺東縣政府教育處特教資源中心3樓研習教室。 |
| (三) | 報名方式：採網路報名，各場次報名連結網址詳如附件簡章。每場次上限為30人，錄取者將以電子郵件通知（報名時請務必填寫正確的信箱帳號）。 |
| 四、 | 市屬學校倘有課務派代需求者，請於113年6月14日(星期五)前將課表掃描寄至承辦人信箱(10059022@ms.tyc.edu.tw)，另請務必於課表中註記兼課(或超鐘點)，以利後續核定課務派代事宜，逾時不候。 |
