| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署113年5月29日臺教國署學字第1130062588號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為提升民眾心理健康識能，衛生福利部已建置心快活平台，並委託國立成功大學辦理旨揭競賽，強化青少年運用網路學習正確心理健康資訊之能力。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭競賽訂於113年9月16日（星期一）至9月20日（星期五）辦理，分海選、預賽及決賽三階段，並自即日起至113年9月11日（星期三）開放報名，請逕上網（https://reurl.cc/YEeKxn）或掃描附件QR Code報名，活動相關資訊已公告於心快活平台之心消息專區，歡迎國、高中職學生及一般民眾踴躍報名。 |
