| 主旨： | 有關本府函轉文化部113年「文化部推動地方影視音發展計畫補助作業要點」公告徵件事宜，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本府113年5月20日府文影字第1130127680號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 文化部為鼓勵各縣市政府及行政法人結合地方文化資源，依旨揭要點辦理「地方影視音體驗」及「內容產製發展基地」二項補助類別，113年為營造更友善協拍環境，鼓勵結合影視製作團隊拍攝具在地文化特色影視作品，以「影視協拍」為優先補助重點。 |
| 三、 | 相關規劃如下： |
| (一) | 申請時間及方式：公告日起至113年6月10日止，採線上申請(文化部獎補助資訊網https://grants.moc.gov.tw)。 |
| (二) | 計畫期程：補助核定後至當年度11月30日前完成，惟情形特殊者得申請展延。 |
| (三) | 優先補助重點：以「影視協拍」為優先補助重點，原則如下： |
| １、 | 申請計畫之影視作品須於113年度開拍，且須規劃具可行性之排播或放映計畫；可送件申請各項協拍所需費用補助。 |
| ２、 | 申請計畫如因應協拍需要，產生空間整修需求，亦可納入計畫，須清楚說明規劃項目及所需經費。 |
| ３、 | 拍攝場景優先以活化利用地方空間為主，以突顯地方文化意涵。 |
| 四、 | 檢附來函及附件。 |
