| 主旨： | 有關本校辦理113年度區域性資優教育充實方案：「水資源時光村－探究社區汙水處理系統」，請惠予公告周知並鼓勵學生踴躍報名參加，請 查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據桃園市政府教育局113年4月8日桃教特字第1130031387號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭活動訊息如下: |
| (一) | 活動時間：113年7月8日(一)至7月12日(五)，每日上午8時50分至下午4時，共5天。 |
| (二) | 活動地點：桃園市桃園區新埔國民小學（桃園市桃園區經國路208巷36號）。 |
| (三) | 報名資格及錄取人數：本市112學年度五年級學生，共計20名。 |
| １、 | 順位一：112學年度就讀本市國小五年級且經本市鑑輔會鑑定通過之一般智能或創造力資賦優異學生。 |
| ２、 | 順位二：112學年度就讀本市國小五年級學生，在領導才能上具有卓越潛能或傑出表現者，經專家學者、教師或家長觀察推薦者。 |
| (四) | 報名時間：即日起至113年5月31日(五)止。 |
| (五) | 報名方式：採學校團體推薦報名，每校至多推薦五名，另備取兩名。 |
| (六) | 收件方式：各校請將核章後「個人報名表暨家長同意書」(附件一)、「團體報名表」(附件二)及「領導才能觀察推薦檢核表」（附件三－僅非具資優資格學生需檢附）紙本資料寄至新埔國小輔導室（330056桃園市桃園區經國路208巷36號），並將「團體報名表」Word檔及其他報名資料PDF檔，寄至電子郵件c896@ms1.spps.tyc.edu.tw特教組黃雅鈴組長收(檔名:OO學校—113年度區域多元資優方案)。 |
| (七) | 錄取標準： |
| １、 | 依上列報名資格之順位錄取，並參考學生領導才能觀察推薦檢核表（附件三）填寫內容，具備領導才能特質，且敘述中呈現對數理科學有強烈學習動機、善於觀察、具有解決問題能力等特質者，優先錄取。 |
| ２、 | 每校最多推薦五名學生，另備取二名，如遇有缺額，由備取名單中遞補，共錄取20名，額滿為止。 |
| (八) | 錄取名單：於113年6月7日（星期五）12:00後公告於本校網頁 https://www3.spps.tyc.edu.tw/。 |
| 三、 | 檢附旨揭活動實施計畫及團體報名表件Word檔各乙份。 |
