| 115學年度「永齡學習扶助課輔師資（教師）」研習課程簡章及報名說明，歡迎老師們踴躍報名參加 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據115學年度桃園市辦理「學習扶助」整體行政推動計畫（子計畫十五：國中小永齡課程認證計畫）辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為提昇教師應用學習扶助教材教法之專業知能，培育各校學習扶助種子教師，並結合民間資源與教材強化學習扶助整體成效，特辦理旨揭研習課程。 |
| 三、 | 研習資訊摘要如下： |
| (一) | 研習對象： 以本市國民小學學習扶助教師為主。若尚有名額，開放本市國中學習扶助教師、儲備教師、退休教師及相關課後教學人員參加。 |
| (二) | 研習時間及科目： |
| １、 | 115年10月3日（星期六）共同科、 |
| ２、 | 115年10月4日（星期日）英語科、 |
| ３、 | 115年10月17日（星期六）數學科，共計29小時。 |
| (三) | 研習地點：桃園市平鎮區新勢國民小學視聽教室。(場地若有變更將於現場通知) |
| (四) | 研習費用：全程免費。 |
| 四、 | 報名方式與期限： |
| (一) | 報名方式：本研習一律採網路報名。報名共分兩階段。 |
| １、 | 請參訓人員先至「永齡教學資源中心」（https://edu.yonglin.org.tw/ytc/ycrc-main ）註冊申請會員，完成會員帳號驗證後，於會員專區點選「研習課程報名」並選擇【桃園場】進行報名。 |
| ２、 | 請於115年9月27日(日)15：00前至桃園市教育發展資源入口網報名，查詢方式，可以活動編號或承辦單位進行查詢報名。 |
| ３、 | 活動編號E00050-260800007共同科、E00050-260800008英語科、E00050-260800006數學科。承辦單位：新勢國小。 |
| (二) | 報名時間：自115年9月4日（星期五）起至115年9月27日（星期日）止。名額限60名，額滿將提早關閉報名系統。 |
| (三) | 相關課程內容及永齡帳號申請詳見附件一、附件二。 |
| 五、 | 請貴校本權責核予參加研習之教師公假登記。全程參與課程並通過評量測驗者，將由永齡教學資源中心核發電子結業證明或證書，並得採計國教署學習扶助研習時數（詳如實施計畫）。 |
| 六、 | 認證成功者，可自行申請或由學校統一登記使用公益教材。 |
| 七、 | 檢附「永齡學習扶助課輔師資（教師）」研習課程實施計畫及永齡教學資源中心會員報名SOP各1份。 |
