| 轉知 教育部國民及學前教育署（以下簡稱國教署）委請國立臺中教育大學辦理「115年原住民族學生升學輔導種子教師培訓工作坊」實施計畫1份 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據國教署115年9月2日臺教國署原字第1150083502A號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為提升教師之原住民學生升學制度理解及輔導知能，並促進教師理解原住民升學制度演革與議題，減少校園對原住民學生隱微歧視事件，培養原住民學生升學輔導種子教師，以利協助原住民學生校園學習及生涯適性發展，國教署委請國立臺中教育大學辦理旨揭工作坊。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭活動資訊說明如下： |
| (一) | 活動時間： |
| １、 | 場次一（臺中場次）：115年10月22日（星期四）上午9時至下午4時30分。 |
| ２、 | 場次二（臺北場次）：115年11月13日（星期五）上午10時至下午5時。 |
| (二) | 活動地點： |
| １、 | 場次一（臺中場次）：國立臺中教育大學英才樓R302教室（臺中市西區民生路227號3樓）。 |
| ２、 | 場次二（臺北場次）：臺北市原住民族教育資源中心（臺北市南港區興南街62號）。 |
| (三) | 參加對象： |
| １、 | 對本計畫有興趣之全國高級中等以下學校教師。 |
| ２、 | 深化高級中等以下學校原住民學生升學輔導及適性發展，請各校輔導教師踴躍報名參加。 |
| (四) | 報名方式及注意事項： |
| １、 | 採取網路報名，表單連結與QR-Code：https：//forms.gle/TX3jid5KXKpMtgpH6。 |
| (１) | 步驟一：線上填寫google表單報名。 |
| (２) | 步驟二：查收錄取通知，於預計指定日期個別寄發至錄取學員E-mail信箱。 |
| ２、 | 即日起開放報名，場次一至115年10月12日（星期一）下午5時止，場次二至115年11月2日（星期一）下午5時止；額滿即提早截止。 |
| ３、 | 活動錄取通知預計於10月16日（場次一）及11月5日（場次二）個別寄發。 |
| ４、 | 參與人數上限：限額35人，額滿為止。 |
| ５、 | 研習時數核發： |
| (１) | 本研習核發參與教師，研習時數6小時。 |
| (２) | 參與活動者，請於活動開始後30分鐘內完成簽到，活動結束後於規定時間內完成簽退及意見回饋填寫，辦理單位將於活動後依簽到退及問卷核發教師全國在職進修網研習時數。 |
| 四、 | 市立學校參加旨揭工作坊之教師，請所屬學校本權責於課務自理原則下核予公（差）假登記；私立學校請本權責辦理。 |
