| 一、 | 依據本府衛生局115年7月30日桃衛疾字第1150070769號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 因應世界衛生組織(WHO)於 2019 年將抗生素抗藥性列為全球十大健康威脅之一，為增進高中、國中小學生及其家庭對抗生素抗藥性議題之認識，爰辦理旨揭徵件活動， |
| 三、 | 旨揭活動摘述如下： |
| (一) | 徵件主題：抗生素聰明用，防疫一體齊行動。 |
| (二) | 參賽資格：國小1至3年級組、國小4至6年級組、國中組及高中組，共4組。 |
| (三) | 參賽方式：至活動網址(https://2026cdcpainting.com)下載圖稿，並列印成B4尺寸。 |
| (四) | 徵稿時間：115年8月3日至115年9月21日(郵戳為憑)。 |
| (五) | )投稿方式： |
| １、 | 實體投稿：填寫報名表單，並將正本作品郵寄至指定地址。 |
| ２、 | 線上投稿：將創作完成之插畫，掃描存成電子檔，填寫報名表單並上傳作品。 |
| (六) | 獎勵：依參賽組別每組設有金獎1名、銀獎及銅獎各2名及佳作20名，獎勵名額共計100名。 |
| １、 | 獎金： |
| (１) | 國小1至3年級組及國小4至6年級組：金獎禮券每名3,000元、銀獎禮券每名2,000元、銅獎禮券每名1,000元及佳作禮券每名500元。 |
| (２) | 國中組及高中組：金獎禮券每名5,000元、銀獎禮券每名3,000元、銅獎禮券每名2,000元及佳作禮券每名1,000元。 |
| ２、 | 獎狀：於115年11月21日於松菸文創創意空間舉辦頒獎典禮，授予獎狀1紙。 |
| ３、 | 作品展：得獎作品將於115年度11月21日至115年月29日假松菸文創創意空間公開展出，以配合WHO訂定每年11月18日至11月24日「世界抗生素週」響應活動。 |
