| 主旨： | 檢送115年度「教育部表揚人權及轉型正義教育推展貢獻獎」實施計畫1份，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部115年7月27日臺教學(二)字第1152802753號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為獎勵及表揚對推展學校人權及轉型正義教育具有顯著貢獻之自然人、機構、學校、依法立案之法人或團體，教育部特訂定「教育部表揚人權及轉型正義教育推展貢獻獎」實施計畫，期透過公開表揚及獎勵，肯定各界推動人權及轉型正義教育之成果，深化民主、人權與法治價值，以落實民主深化與世代傳承，重點說明如下： |
| (一) | 表揚對象：推展學校人權及轉型正義教育具有顯著貢獻之自然人、學校、機構、依法立案之法人或團體。 |
| (二) | 參獎者應具下列條件之一： |
| １、 | 從事人權及轉型正義教育之傳播、推廣，對促進大眾思辨有具體長遠影響。 |
| ２、 | 從事人權及轉型正義教育論述、調查、研究或出版，有創新卓見。 |
| ３、 | 開設或辦理人權及轉型正義教育相關課程、教學、教材或著作，提升師生相關知能著有成效。 |
| ４、 | 建置、維護、開放或活化人權及轉型正義教育相關設施，或於推廣人權及轉型正義教育影響深遠。 |
| (三) | 表揚獎項及名額： |
| １、 | 終身奉獻獎：1名，獲獎者由教育部頒發獎座1座、獎狀1幀及獎金30萬元。 |
| ２、 | 團體獎：10名，獲獎者由教育部頒發獎座1座、獎狀1幀及獎金20萬元。 |
| ３、 | 個人獎：10名，獲獎者由教育部頒發獎座1座、獎狀1幀及獎金5萬元。 |
| (四) | 資料繳交及期程：請於115年10月30日(星期五)前，寄至教育部委辦學校國立臺北藝術大學（轉型正義教育多元推動專案辦公室）(112301臺北市北投區學園路1號），始完成自薦或推薦（詳細內容請參閱附件實施計畫）。 |
| (五) | 評選方式：由教育部邀請專家、學者及有關機關代表組成評選小組，以書面審查方式為原則進行評選；必要時，得進行面談、簡報或實地查核。 |
