| 主旨： | 轉知有關簡化「2026台灣設計展在桃園」活動主視覺及主題角色延伸設計審查流程檔案一份，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依本府（文化局）115年7月22日府文影字第1150202799號辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本府今(115)年與經濟部產業發展署合辦「2026台灣設計展」 活動，藉由發掘及整合地方文化特色，以創意設計導入地方 施政，帶動地方產業及場域活化，提升本市城市美學及優化公共服務。 |
| 三、 | 本府前於115年6月11日函知各單位「2026台灣設計展在桃園」活動主視覺及主題角色延伸設計審查流程，今為促進本案審查效益，爰簡化前述審查流程，一併調整主視覺授權書內有關審查流程之文字，請各單位配合辦理。 |
| 四、 | 前述流程簡化重點說明如下： |
| (一) | 原定各單位以電子郵件送件申請，現改請各單位填妥線上表單申請。 |
| (二) | 原定由本府文化局統一回復審查結果，現改由各單位自行至線上表單生成之簡報查詢審核結果。 |
| 五、 | 檢附簡化版之審查流程、調整後主視覺授權使用同意書各1份。 |
| 六、 | 倘各單位有使用本案視覺設計(含設計內之任一元素)，請填妥「2026台灣設計展在桃園 」主視覺授權使用同意書，並依同意書所載之申請流程辦理。 |
