| 轉知教育部國民及學前教育署辦理「115年度教育部國民及學前教育署辦理性別平等教育建置課程與教學人才庫實施計畫」一案 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署(下稱國教署)115年7月23日臺教國署學字第1155802165B號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本計畫旨在透過建構支持網絡與整合資源，提升教師將性別平等意識融入課程設計與教學實踐的專業知能，藉此消除性別偏見並提供多元觀點，確保學生能不受性別限制發揮潛能，相關內容摘要如下： |
| (一) | 收件日期：即日起至115年8月20日止（以電子郵件寄出日期為憑，逾期不受理）。 |
| (二) | 申請對象：國內各公私立大專校院及高級中等以下學校教師、已核准立案或登記之民間團體成員、或具性別平等意識及性別平等教育教學及推廣熱忱者。 |
| (三) | 申請方式：人才庫設置於國教署「性別平等教育資源中心」（以下簡稱性平資源中心）網站，下載申請表填寫後，連同佐證資料寄至性平資源中心電子信箱（gender@mail101.nhes.edu.tw），國教署將以電子郵件方式回復是否受理或通知補件，補件作業須於通知補件日起5個工作日內補齊，逾期不受理，以利後續進行審核。 |
| (四) | 審核機制與公告：審核工作由國教署組成審核小組辦理，審核通過後得採認為性別平等教育課程與教學人才，人才庫名單預計115年9月底前於性平資源中心網公告以供查詢與邀約；申請人若未通過審核，得重複於每年進行申請審核。 |
| (五) | 任務執行： |
| １、 | 協助課程發展：協助性平教育課程設計、教材研發與資源發展。 |
| ２、 | 支持教師教學：提供公開授課、教學示例與性平融入課程諮詢。 |
| ３、 | 提供專業陪伴：帶領教師備課、觀課、議課與實踐課程回饋。 |
| ４、 | 推廣教學資源：分享性平教育教材與教學資源，促進經驗交流。 |
