| 主旨： | 轉知第22屆「In My Homeland—我的家園」國際繪畫比賽訊息，敬邀 貴校學生踴躍參加，於今年8月1日至10月15日投稿，讓世界看見臺灣之美，留下最有意義的暑期創作，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 環境品質文教基金會成立於1984年，為聯合國氣候變遷綱要公約（UNFCCC）與生物多樣性公約（CBD）觀察員。關注環境教育、氣候變遷、環境法治與國際參與，樂於提供兒少舞台。 |
| 二、 | 本活動鼓勵兒少深入地瞭解和重新思考家園、紀錄家園的樣貌，全球超過三十多國家兒少，數以萬計作品，已透過繪畫，傳遞屬於他們的家園意象。 |
| 三、 | 誠摯邀請所有年滿6歲至18歲的兒少，於八開（B4，26 × 38 cm ）圖畫紙上繪出「我的家園」，創作風格、媒材不拘。投稿作品請於民國115年10月15日寄出（郵戳為憑），收件地址為本會臺北辦公室（10641臺北市大安區信義路二段88號6樓之一）。 |
| 四、 | 獲獎作品數量沒有限制，評審重點不是「畫得最好」，是期望鼓勵學生以畫筆進行環境對話、呈現對於家園的細膩觀察。各年級都有機會得獎，依據過去經驗，獲獎數量可達總投稿數一成以上。投稿作品，將由本會整理送往中歐白俄羅斯評選，預計明年（116）4月公告得獎名單，6月寄發數位獎狀，並規劃擇優辦理展覽或出版，也邀請指導教師於投稿作品署名，共同分享這份榮耀。 |
| 五、 | 第21屆「In My Homeland—我的家園」國際繪畫比賽臺灣共有63位創作家榮獲獎項，精彩畫作今年5月業於宜蘭人故事館展出，9月21日至10月5日並規劃在遠東百貨竹北店8樓藝文長廊持續展出，活動免費歡迎參觀。 |
