| 主旨： | 有關本校辦理本市「114學年度國民中小學原住民生活體驗育樂營活動實施計畫」一案，請各校協助原住民籍學生踴躍報名，請查照。 |
| 說明： | 已郵件通知各班老師鼓勵114學年度原住民籍四、五年級學生填寫 google表單報名。列印報名表紙本經家長簽名同意及學校核章後掃描傳真至僑愛國小繳件。 |
| 一、 | 依據中華民國115年3月16日桃教小字第1150020330號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 活動日期：115年7月1日(星期三)及115年7月2日(星期四)兩天一夜。 |
| 三、 | 活動地點： |
| (一) | 日月潭水社碼頭（南投縣魚池鄉） |
| (二) | 南投縣魚池鄉日月潭風景區 |
| (三) | 拉魯島周邊湖域（南投縣魚池鄉日月潭） |
| (四) | 伊達邵碼頭及伊達邵老街（南投縣魚池鄉日月村） |
| (五) | 伊達邵國小（南投縣魚池鄉日月村） |
| (六) | 日月潭邵族波卡楨楨學堂（南投縣魚池鄉日月村） |
| 四、 | 參加對象： |
| (一) | 本市各公私立國民小學114學年度原住民籍四、五年級學生。 |
| (二) | 每校名額不限，共錄取60名，如報名人數超過則各校平 均分配。 |
| 五、 | 報名日期及方式:(採網路報名及紙本報名表回傳方式) |
| (一) | 即日起至6月18日（星期四）下午4:00前，請填寫 google表單網址https://forms.gle/K4kK1pzBpzRHKLNk8連結報名，另列印報名表紙本經家長簽名同意及學校核章後掃描傳真至僑愛國小教務處(傳真電話 3906990)，兩項皆完成始報名成功，逾時則取消錄取資格，由備取人員依序往前遞補。 |
| (二) | 錄取名冊於115年6月22日(一)16:00前公告於本校網站。 |
| (三) | 本活動所需經費由市府全額補助，學員免費參加。 |
