| 主旨： | 有關本校辦理115年度區域性資優教育充實方案：「怪創劇場製作所-角色驅動的聲音與故事設計」，請惠予公告周知並鼓勵學生踴躍報名參加，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署114年12月29日臺教國署原字第1145704536號函及桃園市政府教育局115年5月19日桃教特字第1150040764號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭活動訊息如下: |
| (一) | 活動時間：115年7月6日（一）至115年7月10日（五） 9:00-16:00，共 5天。 |
| (二) | 活動地點：桃園市桃園區新埔國民小學（桃園市桃園區經 國路208巷36號）。 |
| (三) | 報名資格及錄取人數： |
| １、 | 本市114學年度四年級學生，共計20名。 |
| (１) | 順位一：114學年度就讀本市國小四年級且經本市鑑 輔會鑑定通過之創造力資賦優異學生。 |
| (２) | 順位二：114學年度就讀本市國小四年級且經本市鑑 輔會鑑定通過之一般智能資賦優異學生。 |
| (３) | 順位三：114學年度就讀本市國小四年級學生，在美 術手作與人文社會具備熱忱，並經專家學者、指導教 師或家長觀察推薦者。 |
| (四) | 報名時間：即日起至115年6月3日(三)12:00止。 |
| (五) | 報名方式：採線上表單報名(表單連結： https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1jP0xdPM60J68L-Ari07chhAfQm_W5inMmVhQtIaZ5w0/edit?ts=6a0e6dcf )，表單須上傳核章後「創造力觀察推薦檢核表」才能完成報名手續，每校至多五名， 另備取兩名。 |
| (六) | 錄取標準： 依上列報名資格之順位錄取，並參考學生推薦檢核表填寫內容，具備創造力特質且對人文社會有強 烈學習動機，對於繪畫、設計、手作有極大熱忱者，優先錄取。 |
| (七) | 錄取名單：於115年6月3日（三）16:00後公告於本校網頁 https://www3.spps.tyc.edu.tw/ 。 |
