| 主旨： | 有關基隆市政府辦理「115年度全國中小學聽障學生夏令營實施計畫」一案，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據基隆市政府115年5月4日基府教特參字第1150221815號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭活動資訊如下： |
| (一) | 辦理日期：115年7月1日(星期三)至7月3日(星期五)，共計3天2夜；倘若因颱風或其他不可抗力因素，本活動則改期至115年7月8日（星期三)至7月10日（星期五）。 |
| (二) | 參加對象：本市國小中高年級(3-6年級)聽障學生及國中聽障學生，每5位(含)以下學生請推派1位老師帶領。 |
| 三、 | 報名相關事項： |
| (一) | 報名時間：即日起至115年5月22日(星期五)截止。 |
| (二) | 本案採電子郵件報名，倘貴校有學生欲報名參加，請填寫附件報名表(連結網址：https://reurl.cc/j6V97n)並核章掃描為PDF檔，併同excel檔傳送至10051124@ms.tyc.edu.tw(主旨：OO國小/中報名115年度全國中小學聽障學生夏令營)，倘未收到回信請即致電聯繫本局特殊教育科林小姐確認。 |
| (三) | 本案名額有限，將由本局依報名先後順序推派學生及輔導老師參加。 |
| 四、 | 貴校(園)所屬人員出席本案參訪活動，請本權責核予其公(差)假登記。 |
| 五、 | 旨揭活動辦理完畢後，貴校得依「公立高級中等以下學校教師成績考核辦法」，以及「桃園市市立各級學校及幼兒園教職員獎懲要點」等規定核敘隨隊輔導老師嘉獎2次。 |
| 六、 | 檢附本案來函及活動實施計畫各1份。 |
