| 主旨： | 檢送國立臺南大學辦理「115年度特教合格教師在職進修視障專精學分班」課程簡章（含相關表件）1份，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據國立臺南大學115年4月28日南大視訓字第1150008035號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭學分班摘要： |
| (一) | 選送教師資格（四項符合其一者，以現職特教合格老師為優先錄取）： |
| １、 | 國立直轄市立及私立高級中等學校（含職業學校及特殊教育學校）及各直轄市、 縣市現任國民中學（含幼兒園）之特殊教育現職合格專任教師，自取得特殊教育 合格教師證書後，具備與該合格教師證書所載資料相符之一年以上實際教學年資。 |
| ２、 | 公私立國小現職普通班合格教師。 |
| ３、 | 師資培育機構之在學視障類公費生。 |
| ４、 | 國立直轄市立及私立高級中等學校（含職業學校及特殊教育學校）及各直轄市、 縣市現任國民中小學（含幼兒園）具特教合格教師證之現職代理代課教師。 |
| (二) | 訓練日期： |
| １、 | 第一階段10學分：115年暑假（115年7月1日至 115年8月4日）、115年11月間的外埠教育參訪研討會。 |
| ２、 | 第二階段10學分：116年暑假（116年7月1日 至116年8月4日）。 |
| (三) | 訓練地點：國立臺南大學啟明苑或訂約之教育實習機構。 |
| (四) | 報名方式：凡合乎選送資格之現職特教合格教師，檢具報名表件（報名表、身份證影本、合格教師登記證影本、最近一年考績影本、學經歷影本、及切結書）於 115年5月15日（星期五）前，由服務單位發文函報本局報名。 |
