| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據國立清華大學115年5月4日清語研所字第1159003455號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 清華大學為提升教師本土語言教學能力與信心，強化以本土語進行學科教學之知能，特規劃辦理36小時《閩南語雙語教學研習課程》。 |
| 三、 | 辦理日期：115年7月8日至7月10日、7月13日至7月15日，每日上午9時至下午4時30分，共計6日。 |
| 四、 | 辦理地點：清華大學南大校區（新竹市南大路521號）行政大樓1311教室。 |
| 五、 | 開班總人數：20人，額滿為止。 |
| 六、 | 報名期間：115年5月18日至6月18日。 |
| 七、 | 報名資格及錄取順序： |
| (一) | 對象：具教師證之中等以下在職教師（不含代課及教學支援人員）。 |
| (二) | 錄取優先順位： |
| １、 | 第一順位：中等學校教師，依序錄取具台語中高級(B2)以上、中級(B1)以上認證者。 |
| ２、 | 第二順位：國民小學教師，依序錄取具台語中高級(B2)以上、中級(B1)以上認證者。 |
| 八、 | 報名方式：請逕至「全國教師在職進修資訊網」(https://www1.inservice.edu.tw/)線上報名，課程代碼：【5566951】。 |
| 九、 | 其他注意事項： |
| (一) | 報名者須於線上報名後3日內，將教師證、語言檢定證明、在職證明等3份文件掃描檔寄至本案信箱cheng_ps@mx.nthu.edu.tw，郵件主旨註明「0708~0715研習報名—【姓名】」。未依限繳交證明文件者視同報名未完成，名額由候補者依序遞補。 |
| (二) | 錄取通知將於6月23日以E-mail通知。 |
| (三) | 本課程為實體課程，無須費用，惟交通、食宿請自理。 |
| (四) | 為確保學習成效，4類課程各須達三分之二以上參與時數，方能核發時數證明。 |
