| 說明： |
| 一、 | 為推動本市籃球運動發展，市府特與璞園育樂股份有限公司所屬「桃園璞園領航猿籃球隊」冠名合作，參加臺灣男子職業籃球聯盟(P.LEAGUE+)及國際籃球賽事，並規劃籌組加油應援團至現場為球隊加油。 |
| 二、 | 桃園璞園領航猿「PLG職籃聯盟」主場訂於桃園市立體育館(桃園市桃園區三民路一段1號)辦理，115年5至6月預計辦理2場次例行賽及4場次總冠軍賽，賽程如下： |
| (一) | 例行賽： |
| １、 | 5月16日(星期六)下午5時，對戰台鋼獵鷹。 |
| ２、 | 5月17日(星期日)下午5時，對戰洋基工程。 |
| (二) | 總冠軍賽： |
| １、 | Game1：6月5日(星期五)晚間7時。 |
| ２、 | Game2：6月7日(星期日)下午5時。 |
| ３、 | Game5：6月14日(星期日)下午5時(如需舉行)。 |
| ４、 | Game7：6月18日(星期四)晚間7時(如需舉行)。 |
| 三、 | 本局規劃辦理上述賽事加油應援團活動，報名相關資訊如下： |
| (一) | 參加對象：桃園市各級學校及大專校院學生。 |
| (二) | 參加人數：每場限額120人，將依各學校報名順序錄取，並由本局核定後，另函通知。 |
| (三) | 報名方式：以學校為報名單位，每場至少需40人報名，至多以120人為限，且須有1名教師(練)擔任領隊及本活動聯絡窗口。 |
| (四) | 活動當日將提供餐盒、礦泉水及應援用品，如有交通需求，將另提供巴士接駁加油團人員前往比賽場館。 |
| 四、 | 有意報名之學校請於115年5月13日(星期三)中午12時前填妥報名表，並以電子郵件方式（10018623@mail.tycg.gov.tw）繳交予本局承辦人，始完成報名程序。 |
