| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署115年4月27日臺教國署原字第1150037883號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭說明會訂於115年6月2日（星期二）及6月3日（星期三），分別於臺北及高雄辦理，日本來臺自治體約40至50團體參與，具高度國際教育交流媒合機會。邀請臺灣國中及國小辦理國際教育交流相關師長參加，每場預計40名，每校限推派1名參加，並依區域別及報名先後順序錄取，恕不接受現場報名及調整報名場次。 |
| 三、 | 為避免報名集中於單一場次，本次採區域別分流方式辦理，各場次參加對象如下： |
| (一) | 臺北場：臺北市、新北市、桃園市、基隆市、宜蘭縣、新竹縣、新竹市、苗栗縣、臺中市、花蓮縣、金門縣、連江縣等。 |
| (二) | 高雄場：臺南市、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣、嘉義市、嘉義縣、高雄市、屏東縣、臺東縣、澎湖縣等。 |
| 四、 | 各場次相關資訊如下： |
| (一) | 臺北場： |
| １、 | 時間：115年6月2日（星期二）下午1時30分入場，下午1時45分開始。 |
| ２、 | 地點：臺北喜來登大飯店地下2樓祿廳、壽廳（臺北市忠孝東路一段12號）。 |
| (二) | 高雄場： |
| １、 | 時間：115年6月3日（星期三）下午1時30分入場，下午1時45分開始。 |
| ２、 | 地點：高雄漢來大飯店9樓金龍、金鳳廳（高雄市前金區成功一路266號）。 |
