| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據桃園市政府體育局115年4月20日桃體全字第11500063831號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 競賽資訊摘要如下： |
| (一) | 比賽日期及地點：自115年6月20日起至115年8月30日每周六、日（共計10週），假龍潭體育園區棒壘球場及大潭運動休閒棒壘球場舉辦，並自7月18日起增加觀音區草漯棒壘球場進行賽事（實際賽程時間依官網公告為主）。 |
| (二) | 報名方式：即日起至115年5月17日止，請逕至桃園市體育總會慢速壘球委員會網站線上填寫報名表（網址：http://www.tysp.org.tw/），並轉帳繳交報名費用及保證金。 |
| 三、 | 比賽期間請本權責核予實際參與大會裁判、工作人員、參賽人員（含選手、教練、帶隊教職員）公（差）假登記，若逢例假日，同意在不影響課務原則下，於活動結束後二年內擇日補休；如已支領裁判費、工作費者，不得再報支加班費、補休或其他酬勞。 |
| 四、 | 有關最新競賽規程請至桃園市政府體育局網站（http://www.dst.tycg.gov.tw）活動訊息區查閱，相關資訊逕洽桃園市體育總會慢速壘球委員會（林廣遠總幹事，電話：0939-646095）。 |
