| 說明： |
| 一、 | 本活動為本局主辦之全市性年度活動，以鼓勵本市身心障礙 市民積極參與全民運動，推動運動平權，落實本市共融人文社會理念，塑造幸福友善的城市。 |
| 二、 | 活動訂於115年5月30日(星期六)假桃園市立桃園高級中學(光電球場及周邊場館）辦理8項體適能闖關挑戰、2項共融式趣味競賽、才藝表演並舉辦慈善愛心園遊會等內容。 |
| 三、 | 活動報名資訊如下： |
| (一) | 共融式趣味競賽： |
| １、 | 報名日期：自115年4月20日起至115年5月4日下午4時截止。 |
| ２、 | 報名方式：請逕至桃園市體育總會競賽資訊網報名系統完成報名(網址http://sports.taoyuansport.org.tw/ )。 |
| (二) | 才藝表演： |
| １、 | 報名日期：自115年4月20日起至115年5月4日前，請上傳報名表件至網址：http://114.34.29.91/－(115身障嘉年華)－(才藝表演上傳)資料夾完成報名。 |
| 四、 | 本案實施計畫及其餘活動相關細節已上傳至本局官網(https://www.dst.tycg.gov.tw/)－便民服務－檔案下載區，請逕至查閱。 |
