| 主旨： | 檢送教育部「115學年度教育部特殊教育學生情緒行為支持服務中心專業工作人員遴選簡章」，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部115年4月8日臺教授國字第1155701025A號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭中心部分時間擔任專業工作人員，遴選要項說明如下： |
| (一) | 參加遴選之專業工作人員，須具備以下資格： |
| １、 | 高級中等以下教育階段編制內正式教師，並具備5年以上服務年資。 |
| ２、 | 具備特殊教育或輔導經驗及服務熱忱。 |
| ３、 | 具備特殊教育或輔導相關專業知能。 |
| (二) | 本次專業工作人員遴選名額為5名，得增額或不足額錄取，任期自115年8月1日至116年7月31日，請有意願參加遴選專業工作人員之教師，經現職服務學校同意，於115年4月24日（星期五）前備妥報名表、備審佐證資料，寄至教育部特殊教育學生情緒行為支持服務中心（國立新竹高級工業職業學校，地址：300新竹市東區中華路二段2號）。 |
| (三) | 由教育部國教署組成遴選小組進行書面審查，必要時得辦理面試，另行通知。 |
| (四) | 本案專業工作人員之權益如下： |
| １、 | 以全部時間擔任專業工作人員： |
| (１) | 學校教師得減授全部基本教學節數，所遺課務由所屬學校另聘代理（課）教師授課。 |
| (２) | 聘任期間之年資，比照學校兼行政職務之教師，採計為高級中等以下學校校長、主任甄選之資績評分。 |
| (３) | 比照高級中等以下學校教師兼行政職務之規定，支給休假、休假補助及未休假加班費。 |
| ２、 | 以部分時間擔任之專業工作人員：得減授每週基本教學節數4節至6節，所遺課務由所屬學校另聘代理（課）教師授課。 |
| (五) | 受聘擔任專業工作人員之任務、權益、應遵守義務，及考核與獎勵，詳如簡章。 |
