| 主旨： | 有關體育局舉辦「桃園市113年身心障礙嘉年華」活動，請協助公告周知並踴躍報名參加，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 為照顧本市身心障礙族群，鼓勵身障市民踴躍參與各項體育活動，辦理旨揭活動，今年首度以運動科技辦理闖關活動，規劃適合身障朋友之體適能闖關，並邀請各類身障團體帶來精彩之才藝表演。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭活動相關訊息如下： |
| (一) | 日期：113年5月18日(星期六)上午9時 |
| (二) | 地點：桃園市立綜合體育館。 |
| (三) | 報名日期及方式： |
| １、 | 報名日期自即日起至同年4月12日下午4時截止。 |
| ２、 | 報名身障科技運動闖關：請逕至桃園市體育總會競賽資訊網(113年桃園市身心障礙嘉年華)報名系統完成報名(網址：http://sports.taoyuansport.org.tw/)，並上傳團體健康聲明書。 |
| ３、 | 報名身障團體才藝表演：請逕至http://125.229.96.189(113身障嘉年華)資料夾下載填復。 |
| 三、 | 如有活動相關疑問，請洽本市內定國小體育組李應欽組長(電話：03-452-4624轉312)，或洽本局賴助理員(03-319-4510轉5006)。 |
