| 主旨： | 轉知行政院出版之「轉型正義相關法規及參考資料彙編電子書」，業上傳於該院推動轉型正義會報網站（https://www.ey.gov.tw/tjb）一案，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本府115年3月20日府法綜字第1150073555號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 自106年《促進轉型正義條例》制定公布，政府開始系統性推動轉型正義工作，並於111年隨該條例修正及任務型機關促進轉型正義委員會解散而邁入新階段。承接轉型正義任務之相關機關（構）相繼因應實務需求，配合新訂、修正或廢止法規，並適時作成行政指導或函釋。鑒於法規為推動業務之重要依據，為使推動轉型正義事務相關同仁得以有效運用該領域法規，行政院人權及轉型正義處爰編纂出版旨揭彙編，依各該法規及參考資料性質歸納分類，盼整全收錄以供辦理轉型正義事務同仁使用與參考，並促進社會各界對轉型正義規範體系之理解與運用。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭彙編電子書業上傳於行政院推動轉型正義會報網站（路徑：首頁/培訓、宣導與研究/學習資源/出版品；網址：https://gov.tw/HjZ），歡迎分享閱覽及下載，俾作為業務推動及教育訓練之參考。 |
