| 一、 | 依據教育部體育署113年3月21日臺教體署全(二)字第1130011754號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為落實《身心障礙者權利公約(CRPD)》及《國民體育法》精神，保障身心障礙國民運動權，該署已完成18堂「身心障礙運動指導者暨相關專業人員線上增能課程」建置，並上載於e等公務園+學習平臺及教育部特殊教育數位課程平臺，邀請各單位鼓勵體育專業人員、運動教練、教師及有興趣的行政人員上線學習，一同投入保障身心障礙國民運動權之行列。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭課程內容涵蓋「身心障礙者運動概論」、「常見障礙類別運動指導觀念」、「身心障礙競技運動發展」及「動態術科課程」等，期透過「專業Plus」的精神，推廣身心障礙運動專業人力，加深實務場域指導者指導觀念，促進身心障礙國民運動參與機會及品質，請鼓勵所屬踴躍參與。 |
