| 一、 | 依據運動部115年2月23日運適(二)字第1150200118號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 運動部辦理旨揭活動係為落實「多元、平權、共融」之核心理念，以強化身體素養、團隊合作與創新應變等能力為核心，鼓勵不同場域與相關人員，依其實務情境與服務對象之特性，發展具共融精神之適應運動活動設計，以提升活動品質，並促進參與者之多元學習與整體發展。同時，透過整合多元資源與專業背景，建立交流與討論機制，強化跨領域協作，促進各界於推動適應運動理念之理解與共識，並形塑可行之合作模式，另公開展示優良作品，除提供各界參考運用外，亦強化國人對運動平權之認知。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭活動相關資訊摘述如下，詳細內容請參閱附件。 |
| (一) | 參與對象：凡對身心障礙者之適應運動活動設計、推廣或實踐有興趣者，均可報名參加。 |
| (二) | 組別： |
| １、 | 學生組：114 學年度在學之國內各級學校之學生。 |
| ２、 | 教師組：指現任職於國內各級學校之教師（含正式、代理、代課、兼課及實習教師）。 |
| ３、 | 社會組：非屬上開兩組身分之社會人士 。 |
| (三) | 報名方式 ：填寫線上表單報名。 |
| (四) | 繳交期限：自即日起至115年6月10日（星期三）止。 |
| (五) | 成果展示與頒獎：得獎名單預計於115年7月底公布，並預計於115年8月舉行頒獎典禮。 |
| (六) | 獎勵方式： |
| １、 | 各組取特優二名：每件作品發給禮券8,000元，並頒發運動部個人獎狀。 |
| ２、 | 各組取優等四名：每件作品發給禮券5,000元，並頒發運動部個人獎狀。 |
| ３、 | 各組取佳作若干名：頒發個人獎勵品1份及運動部個人獎狀。 |
