| 主旨： | 檢送桃園市辦理115年全國孝行獎選拔實施計畫，請貴單位於115年3月9日前踴躍向本市各區公所推薦符合資格者參加選拔，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據內政部115年全國孝行獎活動實施計畫辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭選拔及表揚活動相關事項如下： |
| (一) | 被推薦人資格：凡孝行事蹟所在地於桃園市之中華民國國民設籍於臺、澎、金、馬地區，不分性別、年齡、職業，其孝行合乎選拔標準，且三年內無不良紀錄者；但曾獲本獎項或同一孝親對象家庭曾獲本獎項者或五年內相關孝行事蹟曾獲中央部會表揚者，不得再參與選拔。 |
| (二) | 選拔標準：被推薦人尊重父母、尊親長、克盡孝道，受到 鄰里肯定，經證明屬實，足堪他人表率者，得選為孝行楷 模。 |
| １、 | 依其所為，分類如下： |
| (１) | 長期陪護組：長期盡力照顧父母、尊親屬，不畏辛勞。 |
| (２) | 善用資源組：運用長照或其他社會資源照顧失能父母、尊親屬，鼓勵或積極幫助其恢復重建、恢復或維持自理能力。 |
| (３) | 扶助實現組：照顧父母、尊親屬維持其身體健康，體貼其心意，使其歡喜，進而鼓勵並協助其自我實現。 |
| (４) | 同心協力組：家人間共同照顧父母、尊親屬，並凝聚、團結彼此間情感，家庭和樂。 |
| (５) | 顯親傳孝組：傳揚父母之優良事蹟，彰顯其對社會之貢獻；或將自身關懷父母、尊親屬之具體作為，推廣至里鄰社區，並熱心提供協助，供大眾效法。 |
| ２、 | 前項所列具體孝行事蹟，係與家屬共同完成者，得並列為孝行楷模。 |
| (三) | 收件日期及推薦方式： |
| １、 | 115年3月9日(星期一)下午4時前：請推薦單位檢附相關資料送達各區公所。 |
| ２、 | 115年3月20日(星期五)下午4時前：請各區公所將初選後之候選人員（各區一名）紙本資料寄（送）達瑞豐國小學務處（地址：桃園市八德區介壽路二段933巷40號），以郵戳為憑，逾期歉難受理，信封請加註「桃園市○○區115年孝行獎選拔」。 |
| ３、 | 前開推薦資料除紙本外，請一併提供可供編輯WORD檔、核章後PDF掃描檔以及資料內照片JPG檔，照片檔案不可小於1MB。請各區公所寄至瑞豐國小學務處蕭主任電子信箱：tg040050@mail.rfes.tyc.edu.tw，未寄送電子檔、照片檔者不予受理。 |
