| 說明： |
| 一、 | 115年全國小學田徑錦標賽115年5月13日(三)至5月14日(四) 於花蓮縣立體育場舉辦。 |
| 二、 | 入選之選手與指導老師，需配合本會所安排每週 3 天下午 集訓課程(週二、四、五為主)。 |
| 三、 | 選拔資格：桃園市各公私立小學在籍學生(民國102年9月1日 後出生者)，且能配合上述說明一及說明二事項者。 |
| 四、 | 參加選拔之選手與指導老師請務必上網登錄：校名、姓 名、身分證字號、生日、甄選項目(指導老師免)、服裝尺 寸，無資料之選手不予檢測)。指導老師需另外上傳個人課 表(掃描成 PDF 檔)，課表上需有校名、教師姓名、 114 學年度下學期等字眼，並將超鐘點節次註記，若無超鐘點也 請在課表上註明無超鐘點及教務處核章。以利選手入選後，後續指導老 師申請經費公假排代事宜。 |
| 五、 | 檢測及選拔地點：另行通知。 |
| 六、 | 檢測及選拔時間：115年3月18日(三)13:20前完成報到， 13:50前完成熱身進行分組，14:00開始檢測。 |
| 七、 | 檢測項目： |
| (一) | 徑賽部分一律檢測 100公尺及田賽達標尚未滿額項目。 |
| (二) | 競走及混合項目不辦理檢測，各校檢送比賽成績參加選 拔，參加選拔之選手請先上網登錄相關資料，經本會評 估成績後，再行決定報名選手。 |
| 八、 | 檢測報到地點：另行通知。 |
| 九、 | 指導老師部分： |
| (一) | 請各校登錄一位指導老師，超過 4名選手者可登錄二位 (至多二位)。 |
| (二) | 已達標且欲參加代表隊之選手與指導老師請務必上網登 錄相關資料(同說明四)，未填視同放棄參加代表隊甄 選。 |
| 十、 | 登錄網址：桃園市國民小學體育促進會http://web.ucw. idv.tw/Sport/，登錄期限：115年03月2日至115年03月10日（二）16：00前，逾期者視同棄權。 |
| 十一、 | 檢送成績參加選拔者，檢測當天請繳交獎狀影本供參。 |
| 十二、 | 報名參加檢測者，請先行評估實力，成績參考請詳閱附 件資料。 |
| 十三、 | 各區對於檢測若有疑問，請洽詢以下負責老師： |
