| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據中華民國棒球協會115年1月5日中棒協諒字第1150000011號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 由於美國小馬聯盟嚴格要求申請加盟隊伍須依規定繳費，若球隊只加盟而不繳費，則視同未完成加盟手續，不得參加該聯盟所舉辦之比賽，亦即喪失參加國內選拔賽的資格；各縣市聯盟加盟之球隊少棒、青少棒至少應有4隊（含）以上、青棒至少應有2隊（含）以上，始能符合加盟之規定。。 |
| 三、 | 各球隊請於115年2月28日前填妥申請表及繳納加盟會費（少棒、青少棒每隊/學校新台幣825元整、青棒每隊/學校新台幣1650元整，並請於加盟時一同繳交），以掛號郵寄或親自向中華民國棒球協會辦理（匯票或支票抬頭請開立：中華民國棒球協會）。 |
| 四、 | 中華民國棒球協會第12屆第4次技術暨紀律委員會及第5次理監事聯席會議決議：自2021年起，凡參加美國小馬聯盟（PONY）之國際性賽事，不再以中華隊（CHINESE TAIPEI）名義出賽，應以縣市名稱出國參賽，而協會僅協助辦理加盟作業及舉辦選拔賽，球隊出國前集訓及參賽等作業則由獲得冠軍球隊的地方政府自理。 |
