| 主旨： | 轉知「教育部國民及學前教育署第8屆青少年諮詢會青少年代表委員遴選簡章」1份，請貴校鼓勵學生踴躍報名參加，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署(下稱國教署)114年12月24日臺教國署學字第1145807467號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為促進青少年參與教育公共事務，廣徵青少年對教育公共事務之建言，並建立國教署政策諮詢管道，特設置國教署青少年諮詢會，透過公開遴選青少年代表。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭遴選簡章之資訊摘要如下(詳如附件)： |
| (一) | 報名資格： |
| １、 | 凡年滿12歲、未滿25歲之青少年。年齡之計算，以算至本屆委員起聘日（民國115年4月1日）為準，即民國91年4月2日至民國103年4月1日出生者。 |
| ２、 | 未曾違反「兒童及少年福利與權益保障法」、「性別平等教育法」或其相關法令。 |
| (二) | 報名方式：115年1月24日(星期六)前，備妥報名資料寄至「國立員林高級農工職業學校學務處」(510011彰化縣員林市員水路二段313號)，信封上請註明「教育部國民及學前教育署第8屆青少年諮詢會之青少年代表報名」(郵戳為憑)或以電子郵件將彙整為同一個PDF電子檔之報名資料寄至報名信箱（cindy750831@gmail.com）。 |
| (三) | 遴選方式：第一階段資格初審、第二階段書面複審、第三階段面試決審。 |

| 五、 | 另為落實「兒童權利公約」，保障兒童參與權、表意權與資訊取得權，並確保每位兒童皆能平等參與公共事務，爰請貴校確實將是類兒少代表遴選資訊轉達學生知悉，以利兒少依自身需求報名參加遴選。 |
