| 一、 | 依據國教署113年3月14日臺教國署國字第1135500497號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為協助全國國中小學生培養良好閱讀習慣，進而提升其英語閱讀能力，國教署英語線上學習平臺（Cool English）建置「悅讀奇幻王國」及「神奇悅讀之旅」專區，挑選題材多元、難度適中之英語電子繪本，加註中文翻譯與全文朗讀，並針對文章內容進行命題，協助學生於閱讀後透過閱讀測驗檢測對文章之理解程度。為鼓勵全國國中小學生持續運用上開平臺之閱讀專區素材加強英語閱讀能力，爰辦理「Cool English 英閱王」比賽活動。 |
| 三、 | 參賽對象：全國公私立國小三至六年級學生（國小組）及國中七至九年級學生（國中組），各組並依就讀學校分為一般地區學校組與偏遠地區學校組（偏遠地區學校組係依教育部112學年度公告之「偏遠地區國民中小學名錄」認定包含偏遠、特偏及極偏類型學校）。 |
| 四、 | 報名/作答時間：自113年4月1日（星期一）00:00至113年5月3日（星期五）23:59止，比賽採先報名後作答制，請參賽者務必確實填寫報名表，先完成報名作業，方能進入作答區作答（活動結束時間以平臺之網站顯示最後作答時間為憑）。 |
