| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據客家委員會（以下簡稱客委會）114年11月28日客會綜字第1146001215號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為鼓勵海外青年投入國內英語教學活動，促進海內外青少年交流，讓華裔青年透過英語教學服務，增進對臺灣客家文化的認識及認同，爰辦理旨揭活動。 |
| 三、 | 本案辦理方式及經費編列重點臚列如下： |
| (一) | 活動辦理期程： |
| １、 | 教育訓練：115年7月5日（星期日）至115年7月10日（星期五），由教育部國民及學前教育署及僑委會統籌培訓。 |
| ２、 | 學校營隊：115年7月11日（星期六）至115年7月24日（星期五），由客委會以業務分攤方式，結合參與學校辦理。 |
| (二) | 志工分配：分配6名志工。 |
| (三) | 作業期程：學校申請計畫書（含經費概算表）請於115年1月16日前提報客委會審查。 |
| (四) | 經費編列項目與標準： |
| １、 | 客委會分攤經費以新臺幣（以下同）26萬元為原則，學校自籌至少500元，倘實際總經費較原計畫編列金額低，自籌款將按比例酌降；惟考量偏鄉地區學校因環境設備等資源取得不易，若有特殊需求，得於申請計畫書中敘明，函請客委會專案處理，總經費以31萬元為上限。 |
| ２、 | 本計畫經費不得核列設備費；為利學校執行所編經費，客委會原則同意於合理範圍內可自行勻支使用。 |
| 四、 | 本計畫請於115年9月30日（星期三）前，辦理結案請款，並檢附收據、總經費支出明細表、支出機關分攤表及成果報告書（含電子檔）各2份送客委會憑辦（本案核銷方式採就地審計，客委會得視業務需要派員實地訪查經費實際支用情形，相關原始憑證請各校依相關規定妥慎保存，以備查核）。 |
| 五、 | 倘獲教育部及原住民族委員會補助之學校，請勿重複向客委會申請。 |
| 六、 | 檢附「115年（2026）年海外青年英語服務營辦理方式及經費分攤說明」及「申請暨初審意見、勘查紀錄表」、「承辦學校申請計畫書」（含經費概算表）格式以及「客家文化重點發展區」各1份。 |
