| 主旨： | 有關鼓勵本市國中小教師運用與推廣2025年世界人權日「全球移動與人權」主題之微型課程教材包一案，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本局114年11月7日桃教中字第1140110971號函暨本市楊光國民中小學114年9月16日楊光中小學字第1140007291號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為推廣2025世界人權日活動，教育部人權教育中央輔導團特規劃製作「2025年世界人權日『全球移動與人權』」主題之國中、小各階段微型課程教材包，提供全國中小學教師從教案、教學簡報、學習單，以及行動倡議等教學媒材，使學生理解認識移民、難民、跨國勞工，培養同理心與多元文化理解，落實尊重與關懷的公民素養。 |
| 三、 | 因應教材包的推廣與應用，本市國教輔導團人權教育議題分團辦理「2025人權教材包教學分享」研習，採混成方式進行，相關活動訊息如下： |
| (一) | 日期：114年11月20日(星期四)下午1時30分至4時30分。 |
| (二) | 地點： |
| １、 | 實體研習：楊光國民中小學三樓會議室。 |
| ２、 | 線上會議室（會議連結：https://meet.google.com/xbh-knab-yoq）。 |
| (三) | 研習報名代碼：E00075-250900009。 |
| (四) | 參加研習教師請學校本權責核予公（差）假登記。 |
| 四、 | 有關「全球移動與人權主題之微型課程教材包」運用推廣方式說明如下： |
| (一) | 教材包內容：教學簡報、國中、小教案、學生用學習單。 |
| (二) | 實施方式： |
| １、 | 融入主要教授領域進行教學。 |
| ２、 | 利用班會、導師時間、或結合公開授課、單元融入進行教學。 |
| ３、 | 國小教師亦可利用期末考後一週課程進行教學。 |
| (三) | 推廣方式 |
| １、 | 教師實際教學與上傳成果： |
| (１) | 請授課教師於115年1月23日前完成教材包課程教授，並回傳成果(包含授課照片6張及學生優秀學習單照片6張)，傳送至shiying1105@gmail.com，請備註學校名稱/授課教師/授課年段/聯絡信箱。 |
| (２) | 本案教師若提報學生學習成果請經過家長完成「著作、影像使用權授權同意書」並取得授權，保障學生學習成果之著作與影像使用權益。 |
| (３) | 完成上傳教師可獲得2025人權教育奬勵品。 |
| ２、 | 為增加人權教育的普及性，歡迎各校將教材包內容應用於校園內各項活動，包括： |
| (１) | 朝會升旗時：進行2025年世界人權日「全球移動與人權」主題宣講。 |
| (２) | 師生講座：邀請專家學者進行人權相關議題的講座與討論。 |
| (３) | 校園佈置與活動標語：使用教材包內人權相關標語或蒐集學生學習成果，製作成海報或佈置學習角情境，增強校園人權意識與氛圍。 |
| 五、 | 教材包教學資源取得方式：教師只需點選教材包連結，即可獲得教學資源，再備妥學生學習單後即可直接進行課堂教學，教材包連結如下: https://cage.twnpo.com/subject-download.aspx?openExternalBrowser=1&t=c2&l=6。 |
