| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署（以下簡稱國教署）114年11月13日臺教國署國字第1145505905號函暨「教育部國民及學前教育署補助國民中小學推動英語教學實施要點」辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為鼓勵海外青年投入國內英語教學活動，提升國中小學生學習英語機會，增進海外青年認同臺灣優質文化，爰國教署115年補助學校辦理旨案， |
| 相關期程臚列如下： |
| (一) | 教育訓練時間：115年7月5日（星期日）下午1時起至7月10日（星期五）。 |
| (二) | 學校營隊服務時間：115年7月11日（星期六）至7月24日（星期五）。 |
| 三、 | 申請本案之注意事項如下： |
| (一) | 志工住宿環境：學校能提供或安排志工適當住宿空間及環境，如坐式馬桶（必備）、空調，注重宿舍環境衛生及防蚊蟲措施等。 |
| (二) | 課程輔導員推派：學校能推派該校每隊1位英語教師擔任課程輔導員，能全程參與相關會議及營隊活動，並熟悉視訊教學軟、硬體之操作。 |
| (三) | 學校行政支援：學校能組成行政團隊及課程規劃團隊，行政支援整體庶務工作，協助課程團隊提供教學資源。 |
| (四) | 營隊活動規畫：學校能設計出符合學生學習需求且活潑多元的英語教學課程，以期提升英語學習興趣。 |
| (五) | 網路連線及視訊教學設備：學校備有能進行視訊課程之軟體（如：Google Meet等）、資訊設備（如：網路攝影機、耳麥等）及穩定的網路連線。 |
| 四、 | 請有意願申辦之學校於114年12月15日（星期一）前，檢具 「115年（2026）海外青年英語服務營承辦學校申請資料（如附件二）」核章後1式4份免備文逕送本局（國小教育科承辦人，電子檔請同步寄送至e-mail：10060079@ms.tyc.edu.tw），俾利本局辦理初審作業。 |
| 五、 | 貴校如已獲客家委員會或原住民族委員會補助辦理本活動，國教署不再重複補助。 |
| 六、 | 檢附旨案計畫說明及學校申請資料各1份。 |
