| 主旨： | 有關衛生福利部(下稱衛福部)修正「兒童權利公約(下稱CRC)教育訓練及成效評核實施計畫」為「兒童權利公約教育訓練及宣導計畫」，自中華民國115年1月1日適用一案，請依說明辦理，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署114年10月29日臺教國署學字第1140111203號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 衛福部依「各機關辦理人權教育訓練監測與成效評估指引」修正旨揭計畫，送經114年8月19日行政院兒童及少年福利與權益推動小組會議審議通過，請各校自115年度起依旨揭新計畫推動辦理；114年度則請依原「兒童權利公約教育訓練及成效評核實施計畫」辦理，後亦將循往例於函請各校填復相關教育訓練情形調查表等成果資料。 |
| 三、 | 鑑於109至114年計畫辦理期間，各校業務相關人員每年度定期配合彙整參訓成果並提供相關資料，備極辛勞，得力有功，建請貴校本於權責，依業務同仁承辦CRC教育訓練計畫之情形(包括主辦或執行CRC教育訓練、定期調查辦理情形、彙整提報成果資料、擔任窗口溝通聯繫等)覈實獎勵，依「桃園市市立各級學校及幼兒園教職員獎懲要點」第4點附表二之規定核敘嘉獎1次(以4名為限)，並授權貴校核定發布；私立學校惠請依權責核予相關人員獎勵。 |
| 四、 | 檢附旨案計畫及行政院「各機關辦理人權教育訓練監測與成效評估指引」1份供參。 |
