| 一、 | 依據運動部114年11月5日運競(三)字第1140350352號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為辦理115年度深耕基層棒球扎根工作，請依計畫申請格式(如附件)研提培訓計畫，並檢附教練、運動防護員資格證明及相關申請資料，高中(職)請附選手個人資料表，國小及國中隊伍免附選手個人資料表。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭計畫經費支用學校資格限制如下，申請學校請併同檢附參賽紀錄： |
| (一) | 國小：應報名並參賽114學年度國小棒球硬式組聯賽。 |
| (二) | 國中：應報名並參賽114學年度國中棒球硬式組聯賽。 |
| (三) | 高中：應報名並參賽114學年度高中棒球硬式木棒組聯賽。 |
| 四、 | 旨揭計畫經費支用方式，除運動部公函核定事宜外，請依據「運動發展基金輔導設立基層運動選手訓練站作業要點」相關規定辦理，請各校留意計畫中經費支用原則，配合辦理。 |
