| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本市114學年度學習扶助整體行政推動計畫及本市桃園區同安國民小學114年9月26日同小輔字第1140007336號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本案目的係為透過參訪各縣市年度評鑑學習扶助績優團隊、教學典範學校（含閱讀教育績優學校），藉以學習他縣市成功模式，作為本市未來推動學習扶助之參考。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭計畫相關資訊摘要如下： |
| (一) | 辦理期程：114年11月12日（星期三）至同年11月14日（星期五）。 |
| (二) | 參訪學校：嘉義市文雅國民小學、嘉義市立大業實驗國民中學、彰化縣成功國民小學、苗栗縣山佳國民小學等4校。 |
| (三) | 實施對象：本市學習扶助整體行政推動計畫各子計畫承辦學校、113學年度學習扶助輔導訪視績優學校、113學年度學習扶助績優教學人員、114學年度學習扶助輔導訪視委員、114學年度學習扶助到校諮詢及入班輔導人員、學習扶助資源中心業務承辦人員及有意深化提升學習扶助績效之學校校長等計36名。 |
| 四、 | 報名方式：即日起至114年10月17日（星期五）止，請先至教育公務單一認證授權平台連結至教育發展資源入口網以活動編號E00014-250100003或承辦單位「同安國小」查詢114學年度學習扶助縣市參訪觀摩研習活動登錄報名。待確定審核通過後，填寫Google表單報名資料，連結如下https://forms.gle/yrxpf3ju39C7rRbG8，全程參與者核予12小時研習時數。 |
| 五、 | 全程參與者核予12小時研習時數；另出席人員本局同意核予公假登記與課務派代，所遺課務得依規定聘請代課教師並得支領代課鐘點費，由本局地方教育發展基金114年度學校預算－用人費用－聘僱及兼職人員薪資－兼職人員酬金項下支應，倘有不足再行由本局一併辦理補助申請作業。 |
