| 主旨： | 檢送教育部國民及學前教育署辦理「獎勵113-114年度推行童軍教育績優個人、學校暨傑出童軍表揚實施計畫」1份，請貴校踴躍報名推薦，詳如說明，請查照。 |
| 說明： | 請本校推行童軍教育成效良好之師生依資格提出佐證成果報名。 |
| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署114年10月8日臺教國署學字第1140103260號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 欲申請者請於114年11月3日(星期一)前，依據本計畫申請類別填報申請表，並檢附相關佐證資料逕送(寄)至本局終身學習科辦理初審作業，郵寄者以郵戳為憑，逾期不予受理。 |
| 三、 | 本計畫評選作業期程說明： |
| (一) | 初審作業：依本計畫所訂之評選指標及申請相關資料，由本局邀請童軍專家學者、各地童軍團體代表及教育行政人員代表共同組成初審小组辦理。 |
| (二) | 複審作業：國教署預計115年1月第四週前完成複審作業，2月第2週公布個人、學校及傑出童軍獲獎名單。 |
| (三) | 頒獎典禮：訂於115年3月19日(星期四)舉行。 |
| 四、 | 本案曾獲獎個人及單位於3年內不得再行申請，另具有下列情形之ㄧ者，不得推薦（尚在調查處理階段者，亦同）： |
| (一) | 教育人員：具有教育人員任用條例第 31 條第 1 項各款所定情事之一並經查證屬實。 |
| (二) | 非教育人員：準用上開法規所定之禁制行為態樣。 |
| (三) | 其他行為違反相關法規，經學校或有關機關查證屬實。 |
| 五、 | 教育部國民及學前教育署得實地訪察各獎項獲獎個人及單位，如有申請、受推薦事蹟不實經查證屬實者，撤銷其獲獎資格，並追繳原頒發之獎座及獎狀。 |
