| 一、 | 依據衛生福利部國民健康署114年9月25日國健教字第1140761490A號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 菸害防制法於112年3月22日修正施行，依第15條規定，全 面禁止電子煙等類菸品，並嚴格管制符合菸品定義之新型 態菸草產品（包含加熱菸），且所有菸草產品皆有害，不論 是使用紙菸或加熱菸，都會產生相似的有毒化學物質。 |
| 三、 | 請貴單位協助於所屬辦公場所、電子看板、網站或其他適當管道，刊登加熱菸危害宣導海報（如說明四），並於跑馬燈露出「任何人不得使用類菸品（含電子煙）及未經核定通過健康風險評估審查之指定菸品（含加熱菸），最高可罰1萬元」加強宣導，呼籲民眾勿觸法。 |
