| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據桃園市政府教育局113年3月7日桃教體字第1130021433號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 招生項目：體育班新生7年級1班，正取30名，跆拳道12名、武術10名、田徑4名、拳擊2名、射箭1名、桌球1名，各備取若干名。 |
| 三、 | 報名資格：公私立國民中小學畢肄業生，凡具跆拳道、武術、田徑、拳擊、射箭、桌球等專長，或對運動有興趣者，均可報考【設籍本市者，男女兼收，不受學區之限制；其它縣市亦可報名參加，惟經錄取後應將戶籍遷至本市，始准報到就讀】 |
| 四、 | 報名日期：即日起至113年4月3日(星期三) 上午08時至12時，下午13時至16時(六、日除外)，113年3月18日本校親職日補休，報名暫停一日。 |
| 五、 | 甄試日期：113年4月13日（星期六）上午8時起至12時止，就各甄選項目測驗之（應穿著適合該項目之運動服裝）。 |
| 六、 | 報名地點：平鎮國中學務處體育器材室。 |
