| 一、 | 依據中華地板滾球運動協會114年9月5日地球字第1140900001號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 中華地板滾球運動協會為發展全民體育活動，提倡全民參與及促進運動平權，特舉辦本活動。 |
| 三、 | 活動資訊如下： |
| (一) | 活動時間及地點：(以下為114年) |
| １、 | 10月18日(星期六)北區初賽，地點：臺北市和平籃球館暖身球場。 |
| ２、 | 10月25日(星期六)中區初賽，地點：臺中市北區國民運動中心。 |
| ３、 | 11月1日(星期六)東區初賽，地點：花蓮縣立體育館。 |
| ４、 | 11月8日(星期六)南區初賽，地點：高雄市苓雅運動中心。 |
| ５、 | 11月15日(星期六)總決賽，地點：臺北市和平籃球館暖身球場。 |
| (二) | 報名日期及方式：即日起至9月19日(星期五)12時截止，採線上報名(網址：https://forms.gle/idZLzoS2WMVawZU9A)，收到錄取通知後，檢附相關資料，於9月26日(星期五)12時前寄至「中華地板滾球運動協會」電子信箱(boccia.cpfamily@gmail.com)，註明報名「2025 運動會(○區初賽)_隊伍名稱」。 |
