| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本局112年9月21日桃教特字第1120095170號函續辦。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭活動訊息摘錄如下(詳如實施計畫)： |
| (一) | 參加對象： |
| １、 | 通過資賦優異鑑定(含一般智能、創造能力、提早入學及其他)且當年度就讀於本市國小學生皆可報名參加。 |
| ２、 | 本市資優學生家長、欲了解資優教育相關資訊師長皆可報名參加。 |
| (二) | 活動期程：自113年1月22日(星期一)上午9時起至4月27日(星期六)中午12時止。 |
| (三) | 報名方式與錄取辦法： |
| １、 | 活動地點：本市桃園區東門國民小學。 |
| ２、 | 活動訊息：活動報名將公告於本市國小資優教育資源中心網站(https://elementary-gifted.special.tyc.edu.tw/)，請貴校轉發訊息供資優家長周知。 |
| ３、 | 報名時間：自即日起至活動10日前截止，一律採網路報名，家長與教師皆可協助學生報名活動。 |
| ４、 | 錄取方式及原則：計畫共計10場活動。 |
| (１) | 學生活動計8場次：每場次活動錄取30位學生，報名人數若超過30位，依報名時間先後順序正取30位，備取10位，於活動10日前公告錄取名單於本市國小資優教育資源中心網站。 |
| (２) | 親職講座計2場次：人數不限。 |
| (３) | 依報名時間先後順序錄取並以電子信箱通知，如錄取學員於活動開始前一週無法參與活動，請主動電話聯繫國小資優教育資源中心，以免影響備取學員權益，後續將依報名順序通知備取學員，經錄取後於活動一週內通知不參與活動，將不另外遞補錄取名額。 |
