| 一、 | 依據國教署114年8月13日臺教國署原字第1140078398B號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭課程資訊如下： |
| (一) | 日期：114年9月13日（星期六）、9月14日（星期日），每日上午9時至下午4時20分，共計2日，12小時。 |
| (二) | 班別及人數： |
| １、 | 四縣腔：1班，30人。 |
| ２、 | 海陸腔：1班，20人。 |
| (三) | 授課方式：Google Meet線上研習。（課程網址將於課前通知內說明） |
| (四) | 報名資格： |
| １、 | 第一順位：已參加過高級中等學校本土語文教育資源中心辦理之本土語文認證輔導班且未通過客語中高級認證之高級中等學校現職合格教師。 |
| ２、 | 第二順位：已參加過高級中等學校本土語文教育資源中心辦理之本土語文認證輔導班且未通過客語中高級認證之國民中學現職合格教師。 |
| ３、 | 第三順位：已參加過高級中等學校本土語文教育資源中心辦理之本土語文認證輔導班且未通過客語中高級認證之國民小學現職合格教師。 |
| (五) | 報名方式： |
| １、 | 日期：114年8月18日（星期一）起至114年8月31日（星期日）止，至全國教師在職進修資訊網https://www4.inservice.edu.tw/ 完成線上報名。 |
| ２、 | 課程代碼： |
| (１) | 客語四縣腔：5093185。 |
| (２) | 客語海陸腔：5093188。 |
| ３、 | 報名時，請填列正確通訊資訊（含手機號碼、電子信箱），並確認「全國教師在職進修資訊網」登錄之個人資料是否正確，以利後續聯繫。 |
| (六) | 審核結果：報名截止後，依照「全國教師在職進修資訊網」報名順序，進行資格審核。審查結果請自行至「全國教師在職進修資訊網」查詢。 |
| (七) | 課程相關注意事項（含上課網址），將於開課前5個工作天以電子郵件寄送「課前通知」，審核通過者敬請留意電子信箱。 |

| 三、 | 本局同意市立學校教師參加旨揭研習期間，經學校同意後，核予公假，並得於2年內於課務自理原則下擇日補休。私立學校請本權責核予參加教師公假登記。 |
