| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據國立臺北教育大學114年8月4日北教大美術字第1142110072號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 教育部委請國立臺北教育大學辦理「113至115年美感與設計課程創新計畫」之北區美感教育大學基地學校；該校訂定旨揭「美感通識課程與美感體驗課程推廣計畫」，其達成下列目標： |
| (一) | 啟發美感覺知，拓展視野與創造力。 |
| (二) | 培育實踐中的教學者：提供大學生美感教學的實習機會。 |
| (三) | 共享課程與社群資源：協助教師共備與培訓。 |
| 三、 | 申請時間：即日起至114年8月30日。 |
| 四、 | 申請方式：請至Google表單填寫報名（表單網址：https://forms.gle/8gGciQPAccoXixvr8）。 |
| 五、 | 申請學校：包含北區基地轄屬縣市之國民小學、國民中學、高級中學與職業學校。 |
| 六、 | 申請條件： |
| (一) | 學校需安排1至2名教師參與美感培訓講習。 |
| (二) | 提供美感課程實施時間、班級與參與教師名單。 |
| (三) | 依學校所挑選的美感課程需求，提供數位工具（平板電腦）與無線網路之連線，並事先協助下載與安裝相關應用程式。 |
| (四) | 協助聯繫學生與家長填寫肖像與個人資料使用同意聲明書，將聲明書上傳至各校雲端資料夾。若有不同意者，需提前告知基地大學，避免拍攝該學生。 |
| 七、 | 為擴大效益與促進美感課程深耕推廣，歡迎各校踴躍申請，偏鄉學校及未曾申請本項課程之學校優先，額滿為止。本校將依申請表之填寫內容，按北區各縣市學校比例原則分配辦理，並於收到申請表後與申請學校聯繫。 |
