| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部114年7月21日臺教師(三)字第1140076530號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為充足教師專業學習社群講師人才庫，並落實校本教師專業學習社群之運作與成效，協助推動十二年國民基本教育之課程與教學等，爰教育部委請臺北市立大學辦理旨揭培訓課程，並依需求增辦場次。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭培訓課程之增辦場次相關資訊如下： |
| (一) | 社群召集人講師增能培訓課程（詳附件1－研習計畫） |
| １、 | 辦理日期、時間及地點（線上和實體課程皆須參與）： |
| (１) | 線上課程：114年9月26日（星期五）下午1時至4時，以Google Meet方式進行。 |
| (２) | 實體課程：114年10月18日（星期六）上午9時至下午4時，於嘉義市東區崇文國民小學辦理。 |
| ２、 | 參加對象：曾參與107年度至113年度社群召集人初階、進階或高階講師培訓課程，並取得認證之師長。 |
| (二) | 社群召集人講師培訓課程（詳附件2－研習計畫） |
| １、 | 辦理日期、時間及地點（線上和實體課程皆須參與）： |
| (１) | 線上課程：114年10月22日（星期三）下午1時至4時，以Google Meet方式進行。 |
| (２) | 實體課程：114年11月8日（星期六）上午9時至下午4時，於臺北市士林區劍潭國民小學辦理。 |
| ２、 | 參加對象： |
| (１) | 請優先薦派具備下列任一資格之教師參與培訓： |
| 甲、 | 曾擔任教師專業學習社群召集人，並具有初階以上專業回饋人才講師資格。 |
| 乙、 | 曾擔任國教輔導團員、地方輔導群教師或各縣（市）優秀教師（super教師、薪傳教師）。 |
| 丙、 | 曾獲師鐸獎、教學卓越獎、縣市政府或全國性教學獎項等之教師。 |
| 丁、 | 曾擔任專業學習社群召集人或曾參與社群，並獲各縣（市）政府教育局（處）薦派之教師或校長。 |
| (２) | 培訓課程採分階課程授課，建議參與對象： |
| 甲、 | 初階：適合首次參加社群召集人講師培訓課程之學員。 |
| 乙、 | 進階：適合已參加過社群召集人講師初階培訓課程並完成認證之學員。 |
| 丙、 | 高階：適合已參加過社群召集人講師進階培訓課程並完成認證之學員。 |
| 四、 | 報名時間與方式 |
| (一) | 由本局統一報名： |
| １、 | 社群召集人講師增能培訓課程：即日起至114年8月15日（星期五）前受理報名，請填妥附件3「講師增能培訓課程報名表單」後，將電子檔回傳至本案承辦人張心潔課程督學信箱：jenia@ms.tyc.edu.tw。 |
| ２、 | 社群召集人講師培訓課程：即日起至114年9月12日（星期五）前受理報名，請填妥附件4「講師培訓課程報名表單」後，將電子檔回傳至本案承辦人張心潔課程督學信箱：jenia@ms.tyc.edu.tw。 |
| (二) | 教師個人上網報名： |
| １、 | 社群召集人講師增能培訓課程：請於114年8月29日（星期五）前至google表單填寫個人相關資料以進行報名，網址：https://sites.google.com/go.utaipei.edu.tw/increase113。 |
| ２、 | 社群召集人講師培訓課程：請於114年9月26日（星期五）前至google表單填寫個人相關資料以進行報名，網址：https://sites.google.com/go.utaipei.edu.tw/threelevel113。 |
