| 桃園市政府教育局 函 |
| 主旨： | 為遴選行政院及衛生福利部兒童及少年福利與權益事務相關小組兒少代表(以下簡稱中央兒少代表)，自即日起至114年7月28日前受理報名，請協助轉知及公告活動資訊，並邀請有意願之兒少報名參與一案， 詳如說明，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本府社會局114年7月10日桃社兒字第1140046878號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本次中央兒少代表任期為一年，中央兒少代表資格說明如下： |
| (一) | 需設籍、實際居住就學於本市。 |
| (二) | 於115年12月31日前未滿18歲者（民國98年1月1日含以後出生）。 |
| (三) | 本次本市推選5名中央兒少代表，身分別說明如下： |
| １、 | 身心障礙兒少 1 名。 |
| ２、 | 原住民族兒少 1 名。 |
| ３、 | 國中（含）以下兒少 1 名。 |
| ４、 | 不分處境兒少 2 名（不得為單一性別，包含生理性別或 LGBTI，仍以2名上限。) |
| 三、 | 本市報名方式說明如下： |
| (一) | 需符合上開報名資格。 |
| (二) | 掃描活動海報內QRcode下載報名表，填妥後寄送紙本至：本府社會局兒童及少年福利科(桃園市桃園區縣府路1號8樓)。 |
| (三) | 報名截止為114年7月28日（星期一）下午5時前（郵戳為憑）。 |
| 四、 | 本市推選流程為由有意願之兒少填妥資料於報名截止時間內寄送，後續由本府進行推選，錄取之兒少將以電郵方式通知。 |
| 五、 | 為使兒少了解行政院及衛生福利部兒童及少年福利與權益事 務相關小組兒少代表制度，本府社會局將委託臺灣桃湛公民培力協會於114年7月19日(星期六)下午2時至3時舉辦線上說明會，歡迎符合資格之兒少踴躍參與，表單連結詳如活動海報。 |
