| 一、 | 依據本府114年6月18日府文秘字第1140166412號函轉文化部114年6月16日文綜字第1143016876號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 文化部自114年起推動新制文馨獎，聚焦獎勵個人、團體及非營利法人，推動文化平權、擴大文化參與、縮小文化近用落差，並促進文化多樣性發展的卓越貢獻。 |
| 三、 | 依據《文馨獎獎勵要點》第5點規定，個人、團體及非營利法人除自行報名外，亦得經政府機關(構)推薦報名。 |
| 四、 | 為利各界瞭解第17屆文馨獎新獎制，該部將於114年6月24日(實體會議)、6月27日(線上會議)辦理徵件說明會，歡迎蒞臨參加(報名網址：https://tier.surveycake.biz/s/GVG1Q)。 |
