| 主旨： | 轉知「In My Homeland—我的家園」國際繪畫比賽訊息，敬邀 貴校學生踴躍參加，於今年國慶日前投稿，繪出家園，讓世界看見臺灣之美，留下最有意義的暑期創作，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 全球超過三十多國家兒少，數以萬計作品，已透過繪畫，傳遞屬於他們的家園意象。現在，臺灣之美，也有機會躍上國際舞台，與世界較勁。 |
| 二、 | 經過多年努力，地處中歐藝術重鎮之國際綠十字白俄羅斯，終與環境品質文教基金會、國際綠十字臺灣簽訂合作備忘錄，正式邀請臺灣兒少以「家園環境」為主題，揮灑創意。 |
| 三、 | 現在，提起畫筆，學生創作與臺灣意象就將前往中歐，加入國際環境藝術交流與競賽的舞台。每位報名者更會獲得參賽證明、爭取得獎殊榮，是暑假期間，最值得參與、深化自主學習的有趣活動。 |
| 四、 | 環境品質文教基金會成立於1984年，為聯合國氣候變遷綱要公約（UNFCCC）與生物多樣性公約（CBD）觀察員。關注環境教育、氣候變遷、環境法治與國際參與等事務，並重視兒少意見，因此特於世界環境日推出本活動，鼓勵學生以行動展現對於家園的關注。 |
| 五、 | 誠摯邀請所有年滿6歲至18歲的青年學子，於A3或B4圖畫紙上繪出「我的家園」，創作風格、媒材不拘。投稿作品請於民國114年10月10日寄出（郵戳為憑），收件地址為本會臺北辦公室（10641臺北市大安區信義路二段88號6樓之一） |
| 六、 | 獲獎作品數量沒有限制，評審重點不在「畫得最好」，而是鼓勵學生以畫筆進行環境對話，低中高年級都有機會得獎，而依據過去經驗，獲獎作品數量約占總投稿數的10至25%。投稿作品，將由本會整理送往白俄羅斯評選，預計明年（115）4月公告得獎名單，並規劃擇優辦理展覽或出版，每份作品也邀請指導教師署名，共同分享這份榮耀。 |
| 七、 | 本活動不僅是一場藝術競賽，更是結合觀察、思考與表達的環境教育行動。透過創作，學生們將重新審視日常生活中所處的土地與環境，並深化對家鄉與自然的情感連結，形塑屬於臺灣的環境記憶。 |
