| 主旨： | 函轉本府法務局辦理114年「消保小尖兵夏令營」活動一案 ，請鼓勵貴校3至6年級學生踴躍報名參加，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本府法務局114年6月4日桃法消字第1140004608號函辦 理。 |
| 二、 | 為落實消費者保護教育向下扎根，法務局特舉辦「消保小尖兵夏令營」，以夏令營方式辦理教育宣導活動。藉由生動活潑的課程，培養本市國小3至6年級學生對於食、衣、住、行、育、樂等方面消費知識之學習興趣及認識如何預防消費糾紛與解決之申訴管道。並將所學擴及學校、家庭，傳播正確理性之消費觀念，減少消費糾紛發生，達到消保教育生活化之目的。 |
| 三、 | 「消保小尖兵夏令營」活動一共為期2天，第1天由專業講師授課，主題有消費者保護案例、食品安全問題、商品標示、網路遊戲安全、反詐騙等，以輕鬆有趣的方式讓小朋友從小建立正確的消費觀念。活動中並安排精彩的表演活動及有獎徵答，獎品有超商禮券及精美禮品等，人人有獎。第2天安排到大賣場實地觀摩消防、公安及食安檢查，並搭乘遊覽車到食品觀光工廠手作DIY，體驗食品安全衛生重要性。讓孩子從活潑、生動、體驗及樂趣之中，輕鬆的認清消費陷阱，並學習消費者保護知識。 |
| 四、 | 本活動共分2梯次舉辦： |
| (一) | 第一梯次：訂於114年7月3日至7月4日上午8時至下午5時，在桃園市中壢區新街國民小學、家樂福中原店及巧克力共和國舉辦。 |
| (二) | 第二梯次：訂於114年8月25日至8月26日上午8時至下午5時，在桃園市桃園區東門國民小學、家樂福經國店及巧克力共和國舉辦。 |
| 五、 | 報名日期自114年6月9日上午9時起至額滿為止，如額滿即停止受理報名。家長報名方式如下： |
| (一) | 前往「BeClass線上報名表」網站，並於「站內搜尋」中輸入「桃園市政府114年消保小尖兵夏令營（第一梯次、第二梯次）」 |
| (二) | 直接輸入網址（第一梯次：https://www.beclass.com/rid=294ffeb683e5a8d03d6e。第二梯次：https://www.beclass.com/rid=294ffeb683e72841d030）。 |
| 六、 | 本活動免費報名參加，無須繳交任何費用，因名額有限，如 有意願者，請從速報名，以免向隅。 |
| 七、 | 檢附本府法務局來函及114年消保小尖兵夏令營活動課程表各1式1份。 |
