| 二、 | 為攜手市民多加使用公共運輸，以朝淨零碳排目標前進 ，由政府、企業一起帶動全民綠運輸減碳，113年由基北北桃四市交通單位、公共運輸業者及悠遊卡股份有限公司共同推動，114年度擴大辦理並增加兌獎制活動，民眾累積達一定減碳量即可登錄兌換獎項，提高民眾參與誘因，活動辦理期間114年1月1日至12月31日止，詳細內容可至本活動官網查閱114年活動資訊https://co2-passbook.com/ |
| 三、 |
114年更擴大開放基北北桃四市企業、機關及學校共同參與「減碳大聯盟」，各市累積減碳量前5名單位可獲表揚，特邀請貴機關及單位加入並鼓勵所屬員工參與（活動加入步驟如附件1及附件2），如有意願請至連結（https: //http://www.surveycake.com/s/Q23qL 填妥相關資訊，誠摯邀請貴機關(構)及學校加入響應。 |
| 四、 | 為宣傳旨揭活動，隨文檢附活動電子檔，請貴校協助於多媒體宣導管道刊登及跑馬燈宣傳文字：「我的減碳存摺全民運動開跑，每月抽獎還可兌好禮」。 |
